3. Bookings & consultations
- All treatments require a consultation and, where relevant, written consent.
- We may decline to provide a treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.
- Prices on the site are indicative and may change. The price quoted to you in writing at consultation applies.
4. Deposits, cancellations & lateness
- A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments.
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel. Late cancellations or non-attendance may forfeit the deposit or incur a fee.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean your appointment is shortened or rescheduled.
5. Payment
Payment is due on the day of treatment by M-Pesa, card or bank transfer. Course and package fees are payable in advance, are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law.
6. Results
Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Before-and-after images on this site are examples only.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to Petals Dermatology Centre & Medical Spa and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Liability
We take care to keep information accurate but do not warrant that the site is error-free or continuously available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction.
