Frequently asked questions

Do I need a referral to be seen?

No referral is required for most consultations. If your care would benefit from involving your GP or another specialist, we’ll coordinate that with your consent.

Will treatments work on darker skin tones?

Yes. Our clinicians have particular experience treating richly pigmented skin, and we select devices, settings and formulations specifically to reduce the risk of pigmentation changes.

How much will my treatment cost?

Indicative prices are listed on our pricing page. You’ll always receive a personalised quote at consultation before committing to anything.

How do I book?

Use the online booking tool, call the clinic, or send us a message and we’ll arrange a time that suits you.
